Shipping policy

Free tracked delivery, worldwide. Every Siloam Gallery artwork ships free, with tracking, to most countries.

Made to order, close to you. Each piece is printed and framed to order by our fine-art printing partner at studios in the United Kingdom, Germany and the United States. Your order is made at the studio nearest to you for faster, safer delivery.

How long it takes
Framing takes 5–10 working days. Delivery then takes:
UK, Europe, USA and Canada: 6–10 working days after dispatch (typically 11–20 working days in total)
Rest of world: 6–15 working days after dispatch (typically 11–25 working days in total)
These are typical times, not guarantees. Busy periods such as Christmas can take longer.

Tracking. We will email your tracking details as soon as your artwork is dispatched.

Customs and duties. Orders to the UK, EU and USA are produced locally, so there are no import duties. Orders to other countries may be charged local import duties or taxes by the destination country, which are payable by the recipient.

Check your address. Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away. Production starts quickly, so the sooner the better.

Arrived damaged? Every piece is carefully packed, but if anything arrives damaged, email support@siloamgallery.com as soon as possible with photos of the artwork and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement.
