Terms of service

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply when you buy from Siloam Gallery. Please read them before you order. Nothing in them affects your legal rights as a consumer.

1. Who we are
Siloam Gallery sells framed fine-art prints online. Contact us at support@siloamgallery.com.

2. Your order
When you place an order, we email to confirm we have received it. A contract between us is formed when we email to confirm your order is accepted. If we cannot accept your order, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in your local currency (GBP, EUR or USD) and include delivery. Payments are handled securely by Shopify and its payment partners.

4. The artwork
Each piece is made to order. Screens show colour differently, so the finished print may vary slightly from what you see online. Frames are natural wood, so grain and tone vary slightly from piece to piece. These small variations are not faults.

5. Changed your mind?
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it.

  1. Email support@siloamgallery.com within 14 days of delivery to tell us.
  2. Send the artwork back within 14 days of telling us, unused and in its original packaging.
  3. Return postage is your responsibility, so we recommend a tracked and insured service.
  4. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the artwork back. We may reduce the refund if the item has been damaged by handling beyond what is needed to inspect it.

6. Cancelling before dispatch
Production starts quickly after you order. If you want to cancel before dispatch, email us as soon as possible and we will do our best to stop it.

7. Damaged or faulty items
If your artwork arrives damaged or faulty, email us with photos as soon as possible. We will replace it free of charge, or refund you if you prefer. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

8. Copyright
All artwork, images and text on this website belong to Siloam Gallery. Buying a print gives you ownership of that physical print. It does not give you the right to copy, reproduce or sell the image.

9. Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you live in the EU, you keep the protections of the consumer law where you live.

11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones on this page when you placed it.
