KNOW THAT I AM GOD

Psalm 46:10

Be still, and know that I am God.

Know That I Am God captures a moment of profound stillness — Christ seated beside the water beneath the night sky, looking across the quiet Sea of Galilee.

There is no crowd. No storm. No miracle unfolding before us. Instead, the work draws us into something quieter: a moment of solitude, reflection and complete trust in God.

Across the dark water, distant lights glow beneath the mountains while the night sky stretches above Christ. The restrained palette of deep blues, warm horizon light and soft ivory places the figure within an immense landscape, creating a sense of peace that feels almost suspended in time.

At the heart of the work are the words of Psalm 46 — spoken not in the absence of trouble, but in the midst of it: a call to cease striving and remember who remains sovereign.

Know That I Am God is intended for the moments when life becomes loud, when the future feels uncertain, and when there seems to be more to carry than we can control.

Some things do not need to be solved tonight.

“Be still, and know that I am God.”

THE SILOAM STANDARD

Every Siloam artwork is created to be experienced as a piece of art, not simply reproduced as a poster.

Each print is professionally presented in a solid wood frame from sustainable sources, manufactured to high standards and selected to complement the artwork without competing with it.
