SENT

John 20:21

The Resurrection was not the end of the story. It was the beginning of the mission.

Sent captures Christ in a moment of quiet authority — standing before His followers after the Resurrection, His presence transforming uncertainty into purpose.

The words are simple: “As my Father hath sent me, even so send I you.”

They turn faith from something merely believed into something lived.

Rather than depicting Christ as distant or unreachable, Sent brings Him close. His expression carries both compassion and resolve, while the figures around Him are drawn towards the light and the commission He gives them.

Warm illumination against a restrained, atmospheric background creates the timeless quality of a classical biblical painting, while the intimacy of the faces gives the work its emotional strength. This is not simply a scene about those who stood before Christ two thousand years ago.

The message extends beyond them.

To serve.
To love.
To carry hope.
To go.

Sent is a reminder that faith was never intended simply to remain within us.

“As my Father hath sent me, even so send I you.”

THE SILOAM STANDARD

Every Siloam artwork is created to be experienced as a piece of art, not simply reproduced as a poster.

Your Sent is produced as a fine-art giclée print on Hahnemühle Photo Rag, chosen for its beautifully soft texture, exceptional tonal depth and ability to reproduce the expressive faces, warm illumination and subtle painterly detail of the original work.

Each print is professionally presented in a solid wood frame from sustainable sources, manufactured to high standards and selected to complement the artwork without competing with it.
